NICE: Putting people first: Collaborating for better medicines support
November 4 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) is running a series of free virtual events which look at how we have adapted our work and programmes in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Wednesday 4 November – 1-2pm
Judith Richardson, acting director of health and social care, will chair a discussion about the significance of collaborative working between health and social care for guidance and medicines management in both care homes and home care settings and the importance of putting the person at the centre of decision-making. We will hear from a person with lived experience and professionals using NICE guidance to manage medicines effectively.
